It was suggested to me to try Flair Patterns by Australian designer Kerry Dorn—two patterns one for a long sleeve top and the other for a cowl neck.

I made a size 16 but found this to be a little snug—great for under jackets though. The instructions were excellent although I did take a minute or three to work out the joining of the seams at the shoulder seam on the cowl neck. However, once the light bulbs went on in my head all was fine.

They are graded in bust sizes which I found excellent, especially the DD. The plain top is a fantastic fit that takes me 1hour 10 minutes to complete with an overlocker and coverstitch machine.

These patterns are worth a try and Kerry is very helpful.
